Shipping policy
At Goddess Glo, every order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow us time to ensure your items meet our quality standards before they are shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Goddess Glo is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping package
We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase or until processed. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
